For your convenience, your building is equipped with garbage receptacles located in the courtyard, adjacent to the building. You are allowed to take household trash and recyclables and place it in its respective container.

As part of our pledge to provide you with comfortable living conditions, your apartment is serviced monthly on the 1st Thursday of the month by a professional exterminator for pest control. Make your best efforts to be home for this service call. For the most part, the purpose of these visits are merely preventative.
